Korean beef tenderloin (2 cm thick) 2p
5 asparagus
1T seed mustard
Cook Order
Marinate Korean beef tenderloin for about 10 minutes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Asparagus is used by removing only the roots of thin ones, and peeling thick ones with fillers is used.
Sprinkle salt and pepper while grilling the asparagus in the pan.
Roast marinated tenderloin on a heated pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then bake on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Slice the meat over the grilled asparagus and finish with the seed mustard.
