Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 1kg of Center of heel meat  an apple  1/2 pear 
  • Sauce ingredients 2T mustard  2T vinegar  1T sugar 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Add Center of heel meat, Green Onion, and Garlic and boil it well. When it's done, take it out and cool it down and slice it thinly
  • 2.  Shred apples, pears, sweet persimmons, and cucumbers into the same size as meat, and blanch the bean sprouts slightly by removing their heads.
  • 3.  Mix all the ingredients of the sauce to make a pine nut sauce.
  • 4.  Mix the trimmed fruits, vegetables, and sliced beef with the sauce.
