Hanwoo Strip Loin Cutlet

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 400g Hanwoo strip loin (2.5-3cm thick)  a little flour  2 eggs 
  • Kimchi garlic dipping sauce 1 tbsp finely chopped kimchi  100ml milk  1 tbsp sugar

  • 5.  Serve the strip loin cutlet on a plate with the kimchi garlic dipping sauce and sprinkle with parsley. You can also serve it with a salad if you like.
