Heat a frying pan, add canola oil, and place strip loin in the pan. Sprinkle the specified amount of salt and pepper, then sear until the surface is well-browned.
Once the beef is evenly cooked on all sides, turn off the heat and place butter and fresh thyme on top of the beef. Cover with another pan and let it rest for 6 minutes.
Prepare another pan, heat it up, and add and stir-fry sliced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic in that order.
Once the ingredients are properly sautéed, add the mixed cream.
Slice zucchini, blanch broccoli in salted water and cut into appropriate pieces. Add them to the cream mixture from step ②.
When the cream is heated, add the blanched fettuccine and simmer together. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Once the sauce thickens, add Parmesan cheese powder for plating.
Cut the previously prepared steak and plate it by placing on top of the pasta.
