¼ chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
a little salt and pepper
Cook Order
Add the meatball seasoning to the minced Hanwoo round and shape it into round balls about 3-4cm in size.
Dice the onion and green and red bell peppers into 1cm cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In a heated pan, add olive oil, then sauté the onion and minced garlic.
Add the meatballs from step ① to ingredients from step ③ and roll them around until they are halfway cooked. Then, add the green and red bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.
. In a pot, pour in the store-bought tomato sauce and bring to a simmer on low heat. Then, add the mixture from step ④ on top, crack an egg in the center, and evenly put the cherry tomatoes and sprink
Cover the pot with lid, and once the egg is cooked, finish by sprinkling with pepper, chopped parsley, and basil.
