Recipe Ingredients
- 600g of Hanwoo Top round

Cook Order
- Cut the Hanwoo into small pieces. At first, it's easy to cut it into small pieces after cutting it into big pieces!
- Add 2 tsp garlic, 2 tsp soju, and pepper to remove the smell from finely chopped Korean beef.
- Hanwoo tteok-galbi Seasoning sauce! Add 1/4 onions, 1/4 pears, a handful of pine nuts, and 20g of green onions!
- Lastly, add a handful of sesame seeds and a spoonful of sesame oil for the umami taste and grind them in a mixer.
- Combine the finished [seasoning sauce] with the finely chopped [Korean beef brisket]. Make sure to mix evenly.
- Cook Hanwoo tteok-galbi dough in a hot pan with a round of cooking oil.
- Lastly, cook it with the finished Hanwoo tteok-galbi and then prepare it by finely grinding pine nuts.
- Plating it on the plate is done!
