Recipe Ingredients
basic ingredients
- 200g of beef brisket
- 200g of noodles
- a third of Radish
Seasoning ingredients
- 1T minced garlic
- 1T seasoned soy sauce
- 1/2ts pepper
stock ingredients
- 700ml of water
- 2T of soy sauce
- 1 egg
Cook Order
- Stir-fry sliced carrots, zucchini, and radish in a pan, then add brisket and meat seasoning and boil them down.
- Boil the noodles and wash them in cold water to drain them.
- For the broth, put 2T of flavored soy sauce in water, pour a lightly brewed egg and boil it.
- Put the broth and noodles in a bowl and finish with stir-fried meat, vegetables, and black sesame.
